If you have a problem you should try talking to or sending mudmail (in-game mail) to a DM or CT online before emailing. You will get a quicker response.

If you'd like to make a suggestion about something you'd like to see on Isengard a good place to say so is at the Isengard Message Board. The boards are regularly checked by both players and admins.
